Q. How much will your service cost?
A. Each site is priced per quotation but it can be as low as £8 per station and that includes the screen, keyboard, mouse, PC unit and especially the telephone all cleaned and sanitised.
Q. Is this service carried out during normal working hours?
A. Yes it is normally carried out during normal working hours but if circumstances don’t allow this then it can be undertaken outside of normal hours or weekends.
Q. How long does it take per workstation and can we continue working?
A. It takes about 15 minutes per station, possibly longer but we aim to complete the task without cutting corners or taking shortcuts. The computer must be switched off. This also ensures data protection and privacy.
Q. Do we pay in advance?
A. No, companies will be invoiced as per quotation and given 30 day terms.
Q. Will I notice a difference?
A. The keyboard and mouse are physically the same but they will ‘feel’ and smell cleaner but more importantly will be hygiene safe and free of dirt, grime and germs. The antibacterial application will ensure it stays this way for longer. The screen will be clean and streak free and will stay cleaner after the antistatic application.
Q. Are there any other benefits?
A. Yes, the cleaner environment has been proven to be more productive and employees tend to respect the equipment more.
Q. Do you only clean computers?
A. No we also clean and sanitise faxes, printers, plotters, photocopiers and laptops.
